6 Great Gifts That Won't Cause Clutter

The last thing that you want to do for a family member or friend that struggles with organization is to give them more stuff. If we all took a good long at our lives. we would all realize we need less stuff. Here is a list of great gifts that won’t cause clutter in someone else’s home.

6 Great Gifts That Won't Cause Clutter

A Nice Bottle of Wine

Who doesn’t like a good bottle of wine? Best of all, it won’t last long and the bottle can be recycled. I call that a winning gift.

A Box or Bag of Favorite Chocolates

I think chocolate is an appropriate addition to the list. Most people (not all) love chocolate in some form or another. Find out which brand and type your gift recipient likes and then give that to them. Eventually it will all be gone. Unless of course, they are on a diet.

Flowers

Some people don’t like to give the gift of flowers because they die. I would be hard pressed to find someone who doesn’t like a fresh bouquet of flowers. This is another great gift that someone can enjoy for a short while and not feel bad about disposing of. Flowers are not harmful to the environment either so you don’t have to feel bad that they will get thrown away once they die.

Gift Cards

You really can’t go wrong with a gift card. So many companies use them now that you are sure to be able to find a gift card that the person you are giving it to will like. If you are unsure about their tastes play it safe with an Amazon, Target or Visa Gift card.

A Magazine Subscription

I know what you are probably thinking. Magazines are clutter and you would be right about that. However, they are easily recyclable and most people only read them once, so they are not usually hard to part with. Go ahead and indulge your favorite person by gifting them a subscription to their favorite magazine.

Take Them Out

One of the best gifts you can give someone is quality time. So if you are want to avoid giving someone a gift that will create more clutter and stress in their life give the gift of time. Plan an outing with them and go for drinks, go for dinner, go out to a movie or find another fun activity you can spend time doing together.

Gift giving can be so much fun, but not everyone wants more stuff to clutter up their home. This simple list of gifts will please just about anyone without causing clutter.
